The Chilean people have their own culture that interested me, especially as a foreigner. Their culture consists of everything from their own slang to old fashion rodeos. The daily life of a Chilean had a lot in common with mine but also had a lot of stuff that I had never experienced before visiting Chile.
My favorite time of the year was September when Chileans celebrate their independence. It is a time of great national pride and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Chile’s great food dishes.
This section contains information on things that I found to be “Chilean” or that interested me during my stay.
