You may be able to find some Chilean films in the Internet Movie Database:

I also found a list of Chilean Directors on wikipedia.
You should hopefully then be able to find movies from those directors on Amazon.com or even Netflix.com for DVD rentals.
You can browse the site of the Santiago International Film festival and their Cine Chileno section for recent films by Chilean directors.
