Face: The center holds the National Seal. On the border above the seal the words “REPUBLIC OF CHILE” (REPÚBLICA DE CHILE”). Below the seal, the mint mark.

Reverse: In the center of the field lies the number “100” in a large font, directly below this the word “PESOS”, and below this the year of minting. All of this is surrounded by laurel branches.
